Workplace CoachingEQ Core is a transformative program that introduces organizations to science-based attention training and mindfulness tools for increasing emotional intelligence and sustaining peak performance. EQ Core trains employees, managers and executives on proven ways to easily access an optimal state of mind that reduces stress, builds resilience, and heightens focus, creativity and clarity in times of rapid change.

This program is delivered over one to two full days, half days, or for 90 minute sessions on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.

EQ Mastery is a cohort-based program designed to provide individuals and teams with extended emotional intelligence skills and mindfulness practices that they apply to specific challenges in their current environment.

The program provides ongoing training, individual coaching, assessment and feedback, and advanced tools and techniques for professional and personal growth on and off the job.

The EQ Mastery Program includes:

  • Regular executive coaching to support application of all learnings and tools
  • Worksheets to support integration of skills and ongoing progress
  • Personal development planning  to integrate training into life on and off the job
  • Support for integrating tools and skills into organizational culture
